These two are twenty-five minutes apart on foot and belong in the same day. Phillips first, while it is empty; Dumbarton Oaks after lunch, when the garden has warmed up a little.
April is the answer for the garden and any month at all is the answer for the pictures. I have done both in one afternoon and regretted only the shoes.
