The Directory is kept by hand and corrected by readers, which means most of the best lines in it were somebody else's idea first. If a listing is wrong, say so plainly and I will fix it with gratitude and without argument. If a house belongs in the index and is not there, make the case — what it is, where it stands, and why it should not be left to the guidebooks.
Letters of every other kind are also welcome. I read everything in the order it arrives and answer in the order it deserves.
